What This Site Does
Virginia makes many jail, court, and law-enforcement records available under public-record rules, but the practical search can be split across several systems. Bath County does not publish a separate online county jail roster in the official sources reviewed. The serving jail path runs through Alleghany Regional Jail, while sentenced state prisoners are searched through the Virginia Department of Corrections.
